We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Failure to provide valid identification will result in denial of entry or participation in gaming activities.

Individuals who are self-excluded, banned, or prohibited from gaming establishments by regulatory authorities are not permitted to use our services.

3. Gaming Rules and Conduct

General Conduct

All patrons must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual who:

• Engages in disruptive, aggressive, or offensive behavior
• Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
• Violates gaming rules or attempts to cheat
• Harasses staff or other patrons
• Damages property or equipment
• Fails to comply with staff instructions

Gaming Rules

All poker games and tournaments are conducted in accordance with standard poker rules and regulations. Specific house rules may apply and will be communicated at the tables or during tournament registration.

• Players must protect their cards at all times
• English-only rule applies at all tables
• One player per hand rule is strictly enforced
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating is prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and forfeiture of funds
• Management decisions on all gaming disputes are final
• Electronic devices may be restricted at tables at management's discretion

Dress Code

We maintain a smart casual dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals whose attire is deemed inappropriate for our establishment.

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Table reservations and tournament registrations may be made through our website, phone, or in person. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation policies vary by event type. Tournament entry fees are generally non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by management. Table reservations should be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance to avoid potential restrictions on future bookings.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any reservation, tournament, or event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to regulatory requirements, security concerns, or force majeure events.

5. Payment and Financial Terms

All gaming transactions are conducted in Nigerian Naira (₦). We accept cash and electronic payments as posted at our cashier.

Buy-ins, rake, and tournament fees are as posted and subject to change. Players are responsible for understanding the stakes and fees before participating in any game.

Chips have no cash value outside of active gaming sessions. All chips must be redeemed at the cashier before leaving the premises.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen chips, cash, or personal property. Players are advised to use our security services for storing valuables.

6. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help from professional organizations.

Players may request self-exclusion from our premises by contacting management. Self-exclusion periods are binding and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual we believe may have a gambling problem or is gambling beyond their means.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and premises, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, images, and graphics, are the property of 3XC GAMING LIMITED and protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, 3XC GAMING LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen personal property
• Gaming losses or disputes between players
• Service interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure
• Actions of other patrons
• Injuries sustained on premises except where caused by our negligence

10. Regulatory Compliance

Lucky Barrel Poker & Sports Bar operates under a license issued by the Lagos State Lotteries And Gaming Authority (LSLGA). All gaming activities are conducted in compliance with Nigerian gaming laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to report suspicious activities, money laundering concerns, or regulatory violations to appropriate authorities as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
